Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges." Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Do you ship overseas?
"We primarily serve customers in the United States, but we can accommodate international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders usually can be canceled if done within a short time from ordering before it goes into production. Once in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
