Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full Credit to Studio Blitz less shipping costs, no questions asked. We mainly ship in the United States so we do not offer refunds outside of the country.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're unable to process international orders or ship overseas at this time, including for gifts. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future. If you're looking to send a gift to someone outside the US, we recommend having the order shipped to a US address where the recipient can arrange for forwarding."

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders usually can be modified within 24 hours before production begins. You must contact us as soon as possible.
